In 2026, Bryan De Bruin acquired Red Cedar Homes. He leads the company as Owner and CEO and continues to drive land and community development across the Carolinas. Greg Duriez leads homebuilding as President, and Jon Grabowski remains an equity member and advisor. It's a tight bench of operators who have built, sold, and stood behind thousands of homes.
